Spreading HOPE: the First Annual HOPE Summit

Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences (HOPE) is thrilled to invite you to the Spreading HOPE: First Annual HOPE Summit taking place on April 9! This virtual summit seeks to inspire a group of leaders who will, together, champion a HOPE-informed movement. We have the opportunity to shift how we support children and families and create a system of care based on understanding, equity, and trust.

The morning sessions, open to all, will provide a background of the HOPE framework and an inspirational keynote lecture by Reverend Darrell Armstrong, pastor of the Shiloh Baptist Church of Trenton, NJ for the past 20 years. He is a nationally recognized leader on issues pertaining to child welfare and family strengthening.

HOPE is grounded in science that demonstrates the formative role of positive experiences in human development, seeking to fundamentally transform how we advance health and well-being for our children, families, and communities. Together, we will envision a world that honors and fosters positive experiences as being fundamental to everyone’s health and well-being. The summit will create a diverse cohort of policy, provider, community, and youth leaders who will partner with us to power a movement to translate HOPE from knowledge to action.
