Azieb Ermias

Azieb serves as an advisor to DULCE, a pediatric care innovation that transforms the delivery of health services for families with infants through a collaboration between early childhood, health, and legal systems. She is inspired by the strength and resilience of her parents who immigrated from Eritrea. Their experiences navigating health systems motivate her to address inequities and support systems transformation so everyone has quality, comprehensive, and equitable care. Prior to serving as a Senior Advisor, Azieb was a Project Director for DULCE, served as the Senior Director at The Health Management Academy, and was a Graduate Student Intern at the Department of Family & Preventive Medicine at UC San Diego.
