Christine Katz

Christie Katz is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Center for the Study of Social Policy (CSSP). In this role, she leads the financial and administrative operations for the organization, including financial management, budgeting and forecasting, grants and contract management, human resources, meetings, and information technology functions. She brings more than thirty years of mission-driven, anti-racist financial expertise in the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining CSSP, Christie was the Director of CFO Services for Drolet & Associates where she started the new division of outsourced accoutning services for the firm. Before taking on this role, she was a Manager at Drolet & Associates and was responsible for audit and tax needs of nonprofit organizations, commercial entities, and individuals.

Christie is a licensed CPA in the state of Maryland and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Greater Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has an extensive background in generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and deep expertise in nonprofit finance and operations.
