Tracy Manson, CPA

Tracy Manson is the Director of Finance for the Center for the Study of Social Policy (CSSP). In this role, she brings twenty-five years of valuable experience in the non-profit accounting sector to help CSSP to strive towards its anti-racism and social justice goals. She is responsible for overseeing and assisting in the daily operations of our finance and accounting department. Previously, she was a self-employed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) that specialized in working with non-profit clients performing outsourced accounting and consulting services.

Tracy Manson was born and raised in York, PA where she currently lives. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. After years of consulting with CSSP, she decided to join the CSSP team and bring her experience in house. When the day is done you can find her with her family and friends having fun, white water kayaking, camping and traveling.
