Dr. Jill Sells, MD, FAAP spoke to attendees about how to more effectively engage the pediatric community in early childhood partnerships which help families connect to prenatal-to-three supports. She shared ways in which medical providers could be unique assets in the work and helped participants understand realities of the pediatric practice. Dr. Sells explained barriers to medial provider engagement and provided ideas for different roles medical providers could play in the work such as service providers, content experts, advocates, systems connectors, or initiative partners.
