Director, People & Culture. CSSP seeks a Director, People & Culture based in our DC office (working virtually until the DC office re-opens) to develop and execute CSSP’s human resources and inclusion and equity strategies in support of CSSP’s overall mission and strategic direction. This is a new position that will report directly to the President and will also work closely with the Executive Vice President/CFO and be a member of the executive leadership team. Program Analyst/Senior Program Analyst, Youth Thrive Initiative. CSSP seeks a Program Analyst or Senior Program Analyst (depending on experience) to support our Youth Thrive initiative. The ideal candidate will be excited about expanding opportunities for adolescents and young adults and be committed to working towards equity for youth. This position will either be full remote or based at CSSP’s Washington, DC office (once we resume safe in-person work, post-pandemic). Program Analyst, Expectant & Parenting Youth (EPY) In Foster Care Initiative. CSSP seeks a Program Analyst working remotely with the preference of being in the NYC area. This individual will primarily support EPY initiative, including promoting young people and young families as agents of change by assisting with Learning and Action Network Agenda to increase constituent influence and power sharing; building youth protective factors and multi-generational strategies to support well-being; and assisting with the Virtual Resource Center (VRC) that provides technical assistance and strategic support to improve policies and practices related to EPY.
