Communications Manager. CSSP seeks a creative, proactive, and motivated person to join the CSSP communications team at a manager level. The ideal candidate will be well versed in strategic communications and will be expected to manage the creation and implementation of cross-cutting, innovative, effective communications strategies and expanding CSSP’s reach, influence, and audiences through a variety of means. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant communications experience, a strong instinct to innovate and experiment with new ideas, deep working knowledge of current digital marketing best practices, and a deep thirst for/ knowledge about equity and anti-racist intersectional framing of communications. Program & Research Assistant. CSSP seeks a Program & Research Assistant (PRA) to support the work of CSSP’s Young Children and their Families (YCF) team, specifically in supporting cities and counties to develop and strengthen early childhood systems; to prevent and mitigate the effects of toxic stress on young children and their families in pediatric and other health settings; to promote families as agents of change; and to focus on improving outcomes for children and families of color and children with low incomes, for whom the most significant disparities in well-being outcomes persist.
