Executive Vice President and CFO
Christine Katz is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the Center for the Study of Social Policy (CSSP), where she oversees CSSP’s financial and administrative work. In this capacity, her work includes oversight of CSSP’s financial management, budgeting and forecasting, grants management, human resources, meetings, and information technology functions. She directs the finance and administration team and provides vision and leadership to the team. Christine brings more than 20 years of mission-driven financial expertise in the non-profit sector to CSSP.
Prior to joining CSSP, Christine was the Director of CFO Services for Drolet & Associates where she started the new division of outsourced accounting services for the firm. Before taking on this role, she was a Manager at Drolet & Associates and was responsible for accounting and tax needs of non-profit organizations, commercial entities, and individuals. In this role she assisted in all aspects of preparing audited financial statements. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
