Liz Squibb is a seasoned executive director and senior consultant with a passion for driving high-impact leadership and results in both non-profit and corporate environments. She has over 20 years of experience spearheading national and multi-state programs, forging successful partnerships, and crafting strategic plans that advance meaningful outcomes for children, youth, and families.

Liz is currently a Senior Associate at the Center for the Study of Social Policy (CSSP), where she focuses on constituent engagement and directs a national multi-year initiative aimed at creating and implementing anti-racist policies and supports for transition-age youth. She is the founder and principal of Squibb Solutions, a boutique consulting agency that partners with non-profits, foundations, and government entities to advance relationships, strengthen programs, and sustain positive outcomes for communities working to improve the well-being of disenfranchised youth and families.

Prior to her time with CSSP, Liz led the youth engagement portfolio at the Jim Casey Youth Opportunities Initiative and designed the Jim Casey Fellowship, a cohort of young people from foster care and juvenile justice systems to serve as advocates, advisors, and change agents within public systems and communities. She also successfully led the merger of National Foster Youth in Action and California Youth Connection, ensuring the continuity of vital programs and services for youth in foster care nationwide.

Liz brings a set of strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the needs of marginalized communities, enabling her to translate complex information into actionable steps for diverse audiences and stakeholders. She is committed to always centering the needs of those most affected by economic and health disparities.

Liz is a graduate of the University of Missouri, Saint Louis, and has dedicated her career to making a positive difference in the lives of young people and families. She lives in Saint Louis, Missouri, with her dog Athena and cat Genesis.
