Our leadership development approach is focused on building upon the existing capacity of every individual as a leader, and providing them with the skills, knowledge, and resources to effectively lead and advocate for change.
As part of our broader technical assistance approach, we work with individuals and groups in both short and long-term engagements, helping to identify areas of growth, agree on results, develop a learning plan, and take actions to support shared goals.
