The DULCE Interdisciplinary Team: A Recipe for Success

The secret sauce of the DULCE approach is the interdisciplinary team, a group of experts that combine three distinct systems; health care, early childhood, and legal to address the needs of families and promote the healthy development of infants from birth to six months of age. Vital to the success of the interdisciplinary team is the Family Specialist who develops a relationship with families to identify needs, problem solves collectively with other team members, and connects families to resources and supports.

This video clip highlights interdisciplinary team members at current DULCE sites, assessing their take on working collectively in service of families.
