At CSSP

I work primarily on Youth Thrive, CSSP’s Framework and Initiative for changing policy and practice to improve results for older children, adolescents, and young adults. I’m part of a great team that develops and shares innovative ideas, tools, training, and other resources for public agencies and community-based providers working with young people.  

I do this work because

I believe that we can and should do a better job of providing opportunities for all youth to fulfill their potential, build strengths and skills, and have access to the supports and resources needed to achieve their hopes and dreams.

I am most proud of

Learning from, engaging with, and supporting the personal and professional development of youth advocates and young leaders.
