
Laura Kreeger
Special Assistant to the President
Laura Kreeger is the Special Assistant to the President at the Center for the Study of Social Policy (CSSP). In this position she is responsible for supporting the President, managing internal projects, working with the Board of Trustees, and assisting with overall organizational alignment. Prior to this role, she worked on CSSP’s Capacity Building and Leadership Development team contributing to a range of racial justice capacity building projects as well as the CARES initiative.
Laura got her undergraduate degree from San Diego State University, and during her senior year she received the Bread and Roses Scholar Activist Fellowship. Through the Fellowship she was able to design and implement a learning series on financial literacy for high school students in the San Ysidro community. The learning series took an intersectional approach and was rooted in equity and justice, primarily anchored in economic justice.
